Step 1: Go to the Automation section inside the MonkeyPesa platform.
On this page if you have any existing automations, it will show you all the existing automations. Click create new to create a new automation if you want to create a new automation.
Step 2: Select Find & Engage leads with the MonkeyPesa AI.
This is where the MonkeyPesa AI is hosted. PS: selecting Automate marketing to existing customers leads you to the marketing automation tool
Step 3: Give the automation you are running a name and description.
This name and description is only viewed by you and your team so it can really be anything that makes sense to you.
Step 4: Select the relevant filters
This helps guide the MonkeyPesa AI on which kind of lead it should be looking for you. This could be based on 4 things:
Company information like industry, seniority, Job title, company size, revenue and more information to do with the company
Gender
Location: Where the lead stays or works
Interest: What is the lead interested in. This could be anything really as an example video games, gaming, AI, marketing, travel, make up or anything that makes sense to your business
Step 5: Set up the relevant messages you would want to send.
Set up the messages you would like to send via email, whatsapp or SMS.
STEP 6: Activate the automation:
Once you activate this automation, the AI would look for the relevant leads and engage them in real time
